Hi, I’m Ginny Reed, founder of Foundry - A Boutique Collective and a business consultant dedicated to empowering boutique owners to thrive.

I grew my boutique, Vinnie Louise, from a $2,000 startup to a multi-million dollar brand, which I later sold for seven figures. Over the years, I stepped back from daily operations, won the title of Best Boutique in Nashville (which we still hold since 2017!), took a seven-month maternity leave, and expanded with a successful sister company—all while helping clients achieve six and seven-figure success.

Why am I here?

When I started, I had to learn the hard way. I found myself navigating many challenges alone, as others were tight-lipped about the ups, downs, and strategies of building a business. That journey gave me grit and built systems that work, but now, I want to share what I’ve learned so you can bypass those costly mistakes.
